I’m Jake Hitchcock, a Norfolk-based photographer working with builders, architects, and design-led businesses.

Before fully moving into photography, I spent six years in the building services sector in marketing and partnerships, helping businesses refine their positioning, strengthen their reputations, and win higher-value work. That experience still shapes how I approach projects now. I’m not only looking for strong images, but for the details that help communicate quality more clearly – material, process, atmosphere, trust, and how the work will be perceived by the people you want to attract.

My photographic background is rooted in fine art, with a long-standing interest in place, material, and the quieter details that give work its character. Bringing those two perspectives together means I can support not only with photography but also with case studies, website imagery, and the wider visual presentation of the business, where needed.

I work with clients on individual commissions and ongoing project documentation, aiming to ensure the quality of the work is seen as clearly as it deserves.
